investing experience required, and you can open an investment account with your cell phone.
We should all own a travel mug at this point. My parents have one, my sisters have about 235 of them, I have 3. These travel mugs keep your coffee warm, even after 8 hours (tested and confirmed by me!), and are easy to wash.
I don’t understand how some people don’t need coffee in the morning. This is the coffee machine I use, and I love single-serve option for travel mugs.
You know you’re an adult when you’re excited about storage containers. These are the ones I used for my lunches when I work from the office. You can even put soup in and they won’t leak! So exciting!
Slow cookers are a life-changer when you hate cooking, like me! Just throw your ingredients in there, set the slow cooker at slow for 6-8 hours, and dinner will be ready without any effort! My parents have this exact model and they love it.
Stuff I love and use
Whether I’m recording podcast episodes, videos for my channel, or playing video games with my husband, I use my Blue Yeti mic. I’ve had it for years and I’m not ready to change it!
Yes, I drink Folgers or President’s Choice coffee in general but sometimes, I do treat myself. Phil & Sebastian Coffee Roasters are located in Calgary, Alberta (Canada), and oh my, you’re not ready for their amazing coffee.
I absolutely LOVE MomAgenda. I cannot go about my day without my planner, or I will forget everything. And you don’t have to be a mom to use them; I’ve been buying MomAgenda’s day planners since I was in university!
Do you like all the images and graphics I use for this blog? Pretty much every image comes from Pixistock, a stock photo platform that gives you access to beautiful and empowering images for your business, templates, and much more.
When I’m not working, I’m playing video games. Sometimes, late at night (who am I kidding, I’m in bed by 10 pm…). I absolutely love my keyboard and highly recommend it!
I don’t understand how I spent so many years without an L-shaped desk.
I now have enough space for my monitors, keyboard, printer, day planner, and I still have space left for a plant and for taking notes.
My friend told me about this portable cleaner. I don’t think you realize how much you need this with young children… Like when they decide to break a dozen of eggs on your fabric sofa…
Indigo is my favorite Canadian bookstore that offers more than books: home decor, gift ideas, lifestyle items, even wedding accessories, and items for your baby registry!
Whether you are hitting the roads as a couple, with friends, or with your family, make sure to be fully prepared for any situation and enjoy your trip to the fullest! Read more about solo road trips and road trips with children!
Situations happen on the road. Make sure you are ready for anything with this Emergency Roadside Kit.
Be prepared to treat minor medical situations by having a First Aid kit on hand. Keep it in your trunk all year long! You never know when you’ll need it.
On a road trip, you should always aim to gas the car once the tank is half-full. In case of emergency, keep a fuel can in your car if you end up running out of gas.
I’m not sure if cigarette lighters still exist in modern cars but there’s one in my 2013 SUV and I use this adapter to keep my phone charged on the road, whether I’m driving to the grocery store or heading on a road trip.
It’s always useful to have a battery pack on hand, but especially in your car or when you travel. Make sure to charge it before you go on the road!
After my son dropped his dad’s iPad on the concrete floor of our basement, we decided to buy our kids one tablet each. Parental controls and peace of mind won us.
Remember that iPad on the concrete floor I’ve just mentioned? We tested this case, with the tablet inside. This case is Liam-proofed. Highly recommend.
The volume and decibels of these headphones are appropriate for children, so you know their ears won’t explode.
My son was rough with them and they are still functional 2 years later!
Whether you are travelling with your dogs or your children, trust me, you NEED this car seat cover. I cannot stand the sight of crushed Cheerios and Bear Paws in my car.
This is probably one of my favorite items for road trips. This travel tray comes with a lot of storage space, a cup holder, a transparent pocket for the tablet (with a hole for headphones). Plus, they are machine-washable.
Instead of buying snacks at the gas station and throw away the plastic wrapping, stop by a grocery store and buy larger quantities of snacks. These pouches are perfect for toddlers and older kids, they are machine-washable, and they make you more eco-friendly!
Say goodbye to disposable utensils and start using reusable items. I love this brand (from my home province, Quebec!). Easy to use, easy to wash, and easy to store. Make sure to get a set for every member of your family, for lunches at school, or for summer trips!
